在2024年11月15号，我在虚拟全日空注册了我的账户。与此同时，记录着我在模飞中的一个里程碑：开始了虚拟航司之旅。
在过去半个月中，我在虚拟全日空里结实了许多有天赋和能力的大佬。
一切的开始
在去年11月的某一天，我闲来无事开始浏览 my VATSIM 页面上的每一个页面。在我点到 Vitual Airline 虚拟航司那一栏的时候，看到了一堆虚拟航司。这时候我的好奇心就开始了，有没有日本全日空的虚拟航司，就在 DuckDuckGo 上开始搜索~~（Google是什么?）~~。在意外之中，找到了虚拟全日空。
拓展人脉
在虚拟全日空，我认识了 VATJPN 和 VATUSA 的管制员，和其他许多在模飞圈子里非常有人脉的大佬们。在这里就不一一列举了。通过这些人脉，我又认识了其他的大佬和加入了许多对我来说非常有意义的 Discord 服务器和好友。这个时候，也是我下定决定要用我的知识回报这个社区了。
成为 CTO
经过长时间的思考和纠结，我在5月16号非常犹豫情况下接下了虚拟全日空的 CTO 职务。在过去的一个月中，我帮助虚拟全日空从TFDi转换到我私人服务器。在这同时，开始虚拟全日空的 Discord 机器人开发。在这过程中，我非常高兴可以与不同的有经验的大佬们一起参与开发和活动。
辞职和离开
经过深思熟虑以及我对未来的考虑，我对虚拟全日空的成员表示非常的抱歉。我无法继续通过我个人的能力来帮助这个社区，但是在这里我祝虚拟全日空可以越来越好。我非常的希望在未来的某一天我可以返回并继续帮助这个社区。
于2025年6月17日提交辞职，并离开社区。

On 15 November 2024, I registered my account with ANA Virtual Group. This marked a milestone in my flight simulation journey: the beginning of my virtual airline experience.
Over the past six months, I have met many talented and capable experts at ANA Virtual Group.
The Beginning
One day last November, I was browsing through every page on my VATSIM profile out of boredom. When I clicked on the Virtual Airlines section, I saw a bunch of virtual airlines. My curiosity kicked in - I wondered if there was a virtual airline for Japan’s All Nippon Airways. So I started searching on DuckDuckGo (What’s Google?). By chance, I found ANA Virtual Group.
Expanding My Network
At ANA Virtual Group, I met controllers from VATJPN and VATUSA, as well as many other influential figures in the flight simulation community. I won’t list them all here. Through these connections, I met other experts and joined many Discord servers and made friends that are very meaningful to me. This was when I decided to give back to this community with my knowledge.
Becoming CTO
After long consideration and internal struggle, I very hesitantly accepted the CTO position at ANA Virtual Group on May 16th. Over the past month, I helped ANA Virtual Group transition from TFDi to my private server. At the same time, I began developing Discord bots for ANA Virtual Group. During this process, I was very happy to participate in development and activities alongside different experienced experts.
Resignation and Departure
After careful consideration and thinking about my future, I want to express my sincere apologies to the members of ANA Virtual Group. I can no longer help this community through my personal abilities, but I wish ANA Virtual Group all the best and hope it continues to grow. I very much hope that someday in the future I can return and continue to help this community.
